We chat to all the shortlisted authors in the UK Nature Writing category and the new Global Conservation category on why they write, where they write and what makes their book special.

We have been working with our colleagues at The Grantham Institute since late 2019 looking at the transition to Net Zero and what changes we need to make to achieve a Net Zero world. These programmes have taken on a new urgency as a result of the Coronavirus pandemic and the call for a Green Recovery post Covid. So far we have a fascinating series of 11 programmes covering everything from energy to species on the edge of extinction.
