Planet Pod talks Healthy Workspaces with Ben McGuire, Philippa Gill and Dr Carole Pemberton

Did you know that standing barefoot on grass increases feel-good endorphins?  Coming back to work after a break can often be a bit of a shock, so we might all welcome some coping hints and tips to deal with the stresses and strains of our personal and professional lives.  In this Planet Pod episode, our host Amanda Carpenter talks about healthy workspaces to guests Ben McGuire – Innovation and Business Change Director at law firm Simmons & Simmons, Phillipa Gill – Partner at Verdextra and Dr Carole Pemberton – Resilience expert and author.  Together they shine a light on how we can all become more resilient to the challenges of daily life.
